Thank you for choosing Rivve. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer Fast Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express Shipping (if available): 5-10 business days.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via global tracking services.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Rivve is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most of our main shipping destinations (UK, EU, USA), packages usually arrive without additional customs charges.

5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@rivve.shop. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damaged product for a faster resolution.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
